My younger sister, Lindsay, died from cancer, but my grief began long before she died. I found Mya and Surviving Siblings while she was still alive, and the community helped me through the anticipatory grief and everything that came after. I created my business, in part from that grief and the connection I still feel with my sister. I’m learning how to build a life without her in it, without leaving her behind.
